Meet Sophie & Erica

Rooted in Collaboration
and Care

Sophie founded Sophie Felts Floral Co. out of a genuine love of flowers and a desire for work that feels collaborative, flexible, and genuinely enjoyable. Erica joined her in 2016 with a shared desire, and together they have grown the business with equal care for the design and the people behind it.

They are deeply passionate about floral design, but just as invested in building a strong, supportive team and creating a studio that is a good place to work. Their approach is rooted in collaboration - valuing different perspectives, supporting one another at different stages of life, and making space for creativity to thrive.

For Sophie and Erica, flowers are a starting point. The heart of their work lies in how people come together - on their team, with their partners, and in the spaces they create for their clients.
